One of our favorite things to do in Maui is drive the scenic Road to Hana! Some of our favorite stops include Paia Town, Twin Falls, Garden of Eden Arboretum, Upper Waikani Falls, Pua'a Kaa State Wayside Park, and Wai'anapanapa State Park (reservations required). We suggest visiting the Road to Hana website and downloading the Road to Hana Gypsy Guide App for detailed directions and an easy-to-follow tour.
Haleakalā National Park is an International Biosphere Reserve that supports native ecosystems in a maturing volcanic landscape. This special place vibrates with stories of ancient and modern Hawaiian culture and protects the bond between the land and its people. The park also cares for endangered species, some of which exist nowhere else. We recommend visiting at Sunrise or Sunset for a special view!
A Molokini adventure is one of the best snorkeling trips in Maui you can take. From Hawaiian green sea turtles to whales to epic rock formations, there is so much to see and several ways to see it. Whether you prefer to snorkel, snuba, or scuba, a Molokini trip will not disappoint.
One of our favorite spots for Lunch or Dinner is Paia Fish Market! Steve's favorite dish is their fresh catch plate with Blackened Ono, Rice and Home Potatoes and Michelle's favorite dish is their Cajun Mahi Caesar Salad. Their Shrimp Tacos and Fish and Chips are also delicious!
Kapalua Bay is one of the most beautiful beaches on Maui and is great for young and older swimmers alike. This is one of our favorite beaches on Maui to relax on and offers a calm swimming environment.
Even if you're not staying at the Four Seasons, it's worth visiting for the views! We recommend grabbing a cocktail at the Lobby Lounge or dinner at Spago!
