Our Wedding

Call (315) 637-8000 to book for Comella/Harris wedding block. Please book as soon as possible to receive the group rate of $249/night for the remaining suites. To guarantee the group rate, reservations must be made by April 2nd, 2026. Breakfast is included for all guests 6am-10am. Check in time is 3:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am.

We do not have a room block at this hotel, but it is another good option that is in proximity to the venue, especially if you are looking for somewhere more urban.

Marriott Syracuse Downtown

For our out-of-town guests, the closest airport is Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR). The airport is ~20 minutes from the hotel block and about ~35-40 minutes from our venue. Rental cars, Uber, and Lyft are typically available at the airport. If you're planning to use a rideshare, we suggest scheduling in advance, especially for trips to and from the venue, as coverage may be limited in more rural areas.

Shuttle Service

A shuttle service will be provided from the Craftsman Inn to and from our venue at Song Mountain. Kindly indicate on your RSVP whether you plan to ride the shuttle. The shuttle will arrive at The Craftsman to pick up guests at 2:35 PM.The returning shuttle will depart Song Mountain at 10:15 PM to return guests to The Craftsman by 11:00 PM.

Note About Rideshare

Please be aware that Song Mountain is in a rural area, where rideshare (Uber, Lyft) is very unreliable. We suggest scheduling with a cab service ahead of time if you plan to take this route.

Transportation

Cocktail attire, please! For women, a midi dress, a matching set, or a chic jumpsuit are all great options. We recommend block heels, wedges, or dressy flats--there will be grass and gravel underfoot, so stilettos may be a struggle. For men, a suit or dress pants with a blazer or sport coat is ideal. Ties are optional, but a nice button-down shirt is a must. Please avoid jeans, t-shirts, or overly casual attire. Bright spring colors are encouraged but not required. The celebration will be both indoors and outdoors, so consider bringing a light layer in case the evening gets chilly.

Technically, our love story could have started at UVM. Both of us class of 2015, we had mutual friends, walked the same campus, and probably even stood in the same line at Duff Hour--but somehow, we never met. Clearly, fate enjoys a bit of dramatic buildup. It wasn't until we both landed in Boston after college that things finally fell into place thanks to the help of our mutual friends, though who exactly to thank remains undetermined. That detail will remain one of history's mysteries. Now, sparks didn't fly immediately, but a certain night at the Cantab Lounge changed that. The world-famous Chicken Slacks had finished their set and the dance floor had cleared, but we weren't ready to shut things down. Our night was just getting started, so we took to the TouchTunes to play--you guessed it--Bob Dylan. Somewhere between "Tangled Up in Blue" and "The Ballad of Frankie Lee and Judas Priest," something clicked. That night, the spark was undeniable, and no one's been able to skip our Dylan picks since. Since then, our love story has unfolded across countless road trips, ski days, hiking trails, bug bites, and (highly competitive) backgammon battles. Whether we're chasing fresh powder, pitching a tent, or discussing Dylan lyrics, were always in it together. We cant wait to celebrate this next chapter with all of you--and yes, if you think you're the one who actually brought us together, we'll buy you a drink.
