It all started in the winter of 2022, December 27th to be exact. After matching on the dating app Hinge, Michelle and Christopher decided to meet up for drinks at a local Hoboken bar. The night got off to a funny start as Chris managed to walk right past his future wife when he spotted some coworkers.

Eventually, when Chris found his way to Michelle, they wound up hitting it off instantly. Michelle loved his curiosity about her newly started "vision board" and Chris was thrilled to find out Michelle had recently adopted a dog named Whiskey. They could both tell that this was something worth exploring.

The two continued to see each other and began growing a deeper connection over their shared love of cooking, wine and 90's movies. In fact, some of their most cherished memories took place on a night where they cooked a homemade dinner and enjoyed a random Tom Cruise movie on their couch, while Whiskey lay atop them of course.

They ultimately fell in love in Hoboken and continued to carry their love for each other all the way Upstate. On October 12th, 2024, on the stunning Great Sacandaga Lake, a very special place for the couple, Christopher proposed and Michelle said yes. Now their biggest adventure awaits.
