Am I required to stay at Beaches to attend the wedding?

While you are not required to stay at Beaches for our wedding, we highly encourage our family and friends to stay on resort. We understand that various factors may impede your ability to stay at Beaches. As such, Beaches will accommodate our guests and allow entry to our wedding in the form of a day pass for a fee to be charged to each guest upon entry. However, we are only allotted a limited number of spots for off resort guests. We kindly request that you contact us well in advance if you are considering staying off-site, so we can make the necessary arrangements with the resort.

Will transportation be provided?

If you are staying at Beaches, they will provide transportation to all of our guests to and from the airport. If you are not staying at Beaches, you will need to arrange your own form of transportation.

Do I need a passport to travel to Turks & Caicos?

Turks & Caicos is a British Overseas Territory and you will need a valid passport for entry and exit.

Is there a dress code?

For our beach wedding, we want everyone to feel comfortable while still embracing a sense of occasion. We kindly ask that our family and friends opt for semi-formal or smart casual attire, avoiding athletic wear, tank tops, or overly casual clothing. While there's no need for tuxedos, formal suits, or floor length gowns, we hope everyone can find a balance between comfort and style to celebrate with us. We also ask that guests avoid wearing colors reserved for the bride such as white, ivory, or cream. Please keep in mind that the entire event is outdoors.

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?

While we love that you want to capture our special moment, we are having an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share all the photos with our loved ones afterwards.
