From the halls of Iona College and the streets of New Rochelle, to an apartment on the Upper East Side and big city livin', Michelle and Pat have fallen in love over and over again. For 9 years they have chased each other around, watched each other grow and been each other's biggest fan. Now it is time they make it official, with a big ol' party down in Austin, TX. They hope everyone can make it down to discover that everything truly is Bigger in Texas including love!

Pat and Michelle usually fly a direct flight from Newark Airport on United Airlines. Other airlines also offer flights to Austin–Bergstrom International Airport. The average flight price is usually between $275-$350 depending on when you book.

One of our favorite things to do is kayak around lake Austin and take in the views, and catch some rays. Paddle boards, kayaks and canoes are for rent on the banks of the Colorado River in Zilker Park. Rent for the hour or for the day.... bring sunscreen

Austin-American Statesman park 

Rainey Street is an up and coming historic neighborhood with lots of interesting bars and restaurants to visit, including Banger's. Here you can find a mimosa in a stein glass and a full brass band playing top 40 jams on a Sunday afternoon in the beer garden.

A large local watering hole where you can find football playing on the tv's even though there hasn't been a game for months. If you get lucky, you can catch the yankees on one of the tv's if the right crowd is there.

Lavaca St Bar

The city of Austin revolves around the University of Texas Longhorns. If you have the time, venture up to campus and walk the grounds. Make sure to stop in the 3 floor school store and buy something in burnt orange before you leave.... Hook 'em!

Maybe you recognize the name from a bottle of BBQ sauce in the local grocery store, but Stubb's is one of the more popular BBQ and concert venues in Austin. If you are in town for a few days, check the schedule because they are likely to have some top performers on stage.
