Due to our shuttles leaving at 3:30pm, which is before standard hotel check-in time, we highly recommend booking your hotel stay from Friday, November 8th to Sunday, November 10th. If you would like to book your stay from Saturday, November 9th to Sunday November 10th, our hotel will do their best to accommodate and provide an early check in, but it is not guaranteed!

To receive the discounted wedding block rate, please make sure your rooms are booked no later than Saturday, October 12!

Yes, there will be a shuttle for the guests from the Springhill Suites. The shuttle will board at 3:30pm and drop off at The Architects Golf Club for the ceremony. There will be return shuttles following the reception that will bring guests back to the Springhill Suites. Please be aware that if you are booking a hotel room at the Tru or Home2 by Hilton, these hotels share a parking lot with the Springhill Suites, so no need to stress about catching the shuttle!

Formal attire only please! Cocktail attire for the ladies & suits or tuxedos for the gentlemen. We want you to boogie in style!
