A shuttle will depart at 5:00 PM from the front lobby entrance of the DoubleTree by Hilton Poughkeepsie. Missed the first shuttle? No problem—a second and final pick-up will be at approximately 5:15 PM. The shuttle will bring guests directly to the venue and drop off at the main entrance. Please join us for welcome drinks from 5:30 to 6:00 PM, followed by our ceremony overlooking the Hudson River at The Grandview. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM, so we kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes early to enjoy a refreshment and find your seat.

Immediately following the ceremony, stay with us at The Grandview to enjoy dinner, drinks, and dancing—no need to travel elsewhere!

Join us for our wedding after-party immediately following the reception. A shuttle will be provided to take guests from the venue to Mahoney’s. We can’t wait to keep the party going with late-night drinks, bites, dancing, and more memories together! Please note: Return transportation to the hotel will not be provided, but Uber, Lyft, and local taxis will be readily available to get you home safely.
