Patrick and I first met on Hula Girl, a charter boat on West Maui. He was a dive instructor and I crew. We worked together for years as friends, always joking around and sharing laughs. He was always so goofy, lighthearted and silly. I loved his positivity and outlook on life. His thoughtfulness shined through him making people around him feel special. I knew he was different from the start, as I feel I am the lucky one. We started dating and shortly after he completely surprised me asking for my hand in marriage. I’ll never forget the moment he jumped off a grassy platform, flew through the air, landed right in front of me, got down on his knee and “popped the question”. All at his sisters wedding! It was a magical moment and each moment after has been just as grand. We are so excited to be sharing our lives together and incredibly happy for you all to be apart of our journey.
