We love your kids, but we see our wedding as an opportunity for parents to have a night out. We have chosen to make our special day adults only.

Yes, we have a block of rooms reserved at the Four Points by Sheraton Melville Long Island from Friday, September 8 until Sunday, September 10. The shuttle to and from the reception will be leaving from this hotel. The last day to book in the block is August 9. You can find the link to book on the travel page.

Transportation will be provided to and from the Four Points by Sheraton Melville Long Island to The Mansion at Oyster Bay. In typical George and Michelle fashion, instead of a traditional shuttle, we are providing a party bus for everyone to get the party started and to continue the party at the end of the night. The bus will be leaving the hotel to take guests to the Mansion at 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM. On the way back, the bus will be making a two-hour loop from the venue to the hotel, starting at 11 PM until 1 AM.

The reception is about 30 minutes without traffic, from the church. This is why there's ample time between the ceremony and reception! If you are staying at the hotel, feel free to stop there in between. The bar should be open!

Yes! We do not have room blocks at these hotels but there are additional hotels in the area if you prefer. The Hilton Garden Inn Melville (1575 Round Swamp Rd, Plainview, NY 11803) and Homewood Suites by Hilton Long Island-Melville (1585 Round Swamp Rd, Plainview, NY 11803) Both of these are about a 2 minute drive or 6 minute walk to the hotel where the shuttle is leaving from. It is about a 10-15 minute drive to The Mansion at Oyster Bay.
