A Twist in Our Love Story

Our wedding details have changed. If you're viewing this you may have received a change the date card by now. We have made some adjustments to our wedding date to something that felt more like 'us'. We have decided to have an intimate private ceremony- those invited to our ceremony will receive a card. Our reception will now be held at Hughes pavillion at centennial lakes We are looking forward to celebrating our special day with all of you. Our Wedding

Noah’s version- Michelle and I met online like most couples do in the modern age. Blah blah blah but our first date was a testament for her threshold for my antics. Even before we arrived at the dinner for our first date I drove down the wrong way on a one way not once, but twice. The first date went well- like I knew it would because I’m obviously handsome and charming. (Duh) So we agreed to another date, and another and another. Even though, I worked nights and was in college, I somehow always found time to spend with her. Early mornings, when I woke up I would bring her Starbucks because i wanted to see her smile. I want to say that she acted like she didn’t want me but that was the farthest thing from the truth. Early in our relationship she spoiled me, by bringing me to a boxing match, basketball games and despite my protest- an edm concert. Since then, our love story continues to grow and flourish. I am so blessed to have this strong and independent lady by my side. I love you forever Michelle.     Michelle’s version- Well we matched online. Noah messaged me first. I recognized his picture maybe because he looked like half the guys I dated before or maybe because he and I had talked in the past- either way he looked interesting to me- If you guys don’t know, I’m sober over 7 years and I am pretty vocal about it and I had mentioned it somewhere on my dating profile. Noah had messaged me making a comment congratulating me on my recovery and asking questions about it. (I guess he knew how to get me talking) We talked online for a while before exchanging phone numbers and eventually we had a date over zoom. It was right around the time stores and restaurants were opening back up- so he asked me to do a zoom date for our first official “date.” We joined our zoom date and 30 mins into chatting we both decided we were hungry. It was late, so we decided to go to nicollet diner in minneapolis. Noah and I both were living in northeast minneapolis so he decided that he could pick me up for our date. On our way there- I think he was nervous because he drove the wrong way down a one way- not once BUT TWICE. If you have ever road in the car with noah, you know to pray prior. So, our love story started at nicollet diner. I wouldn’t have it any other way. We have grown together, started our careers, and built a foundation that I cannot wait to continue to build.
