* PLEASE NOTE: OUR VENUE HAS A STRICT NO SMOKING OR VAPING POLICY *

We thank you for your cooperation!

Am I able to bring my kids?

We respectfully and kindly ask that no children attend the ceremony or reception unless they are a part of the wedding party. This will allow for all guests, including parents, to enjoy a night of fun and dancing.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those guests that we have formally invited on our wedding invitations. If you received a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation and will appear under your name on our wedding website when you RSVP. We thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

What do I do if I can't make it?

You will be missed, but we understand! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Not Attending" so we can plan accordingly as we will have to submit a final headcount to our caterer and venue.

What is the dress code?

We'd love to see all of our friends and family dressed up for our big day! Please wear more formal wedding attire, and please try to avoid jeans/denim, and please no white. Also, please be mindful of the weather!

Can I take my own photos during the ceremony?

We ask that you please refrain from using your phone to take photos, or use your phone in general, during the ceremony; please have them put away and silenced. We have carefully chosen our photographer and do not want to see cell phones in our photos. You may use your phone to take as many photos as you would like before and after the ceremony, and during the reception. We appreciate you!

What is the parking situation?

There is a dedicated gravel parking lot right at the intersection of Schellin Road and N Geyers Chapel Road with the entrance being on Schellin Road. There will be signs directing you to where to park. There are dedicated golf carts to transport those who are not comfortable walking. The owners of the venue live on the property, so please keep in mind that the address entered into a GPS will take you to their driveway. We ask that you please do not park there.

What time should I arrive?

In order to avoid disruption, we ask that you arrive in time to be seated by 4:00pm when the ceremony is due to begin. The bride is set to walk at 4:15pm.

Are the ceremony and reception indoor or outdoor?

We are planning to hold the ceremony outdoors should the weather allow. Should weather allow, the reception will also be outdoors on the patio that includes lake views and a firepit.

Are the ceremony and reception being held at different places?

No, the ceremony and reception are both being held at the same venue. We realize the venue is a bit of a drive for many of you and we truly appreciate you making the drive out to our wedding and we don't want to make you drive to multiple places.
