We were both young when I first saw you

Chris and Michelle met at Church Youth Conference at the age of 16. They barely knew each other at that time but Chris already fell in love with Michelle at first sight (now you know who's typing this). They ran into each other again in a few Church camps, youth dances and birthday parties but still they did not know each other very well. They both attended BYU-Hawaii in the year of 2014. Little did they know that after two years, as they returned to BYU-Hawaii again after their Church missionary service (both in the British isle), they would fall madly in love. The rest is then history.

Little did I know that you were Romeo

Michelle and Chris both returned to BYU-Hawaii after their Church missionary services in the British Isle in the year of 2016. They were just normal friends but Chris started to be attracted by Michelle so he would always find excuses to have some personal time with Michelle like watching basketball games, studying in the library, applying for jobs, heading to job interviews, etc. Chris took the first step to ask Michelle to be his girlfriend. They officially started dating on Dec 2, 2016.

He knelt down to the ground and pulled out a ring

As usual, along with a group of friends, Michelle and Chris went down town for grocery shopping. They then headed to Waikiki to try at a new restaurant. However, Michelle’s friend Adrian "accidentally left" his phone in the car so he took Chris back to the car with him. Michelle was with her girl friends doing some shopping in Waikiki. She was then led to the rooftop of a restaurant Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. That's where she saw her close friends handing roses to her one by one. Chris then handed her 99 roses (while he's the last and most precious rose) and knelt down. She said YES.
