Doug and Michelle met on the last leg of college back in January 2019. As they got to know each other,they both found out that we were interested in one another and finally went on their first date in June 2019! They have been stuck with one another since!

Doug brought Michelle back to La Crosse, where they reminisced around campus and the old La Crosse bars they used to regular. He then got down on one knee on a bluff hike where they had their second date. All Michelle could mutter out was, "Oh God 😬!" This was followed by asking Doug if she said yes because she was so nervous she forgot what happened!

Doug surprised Michelle with an engagement party with their families upon their return home from La Crosse. It was unbelievably special and something that will never be forgotten!
