We have set up a shuttle service that will be running to and from the venue and Grand Stay Hotel every 15 minutes. The shuttle will begin at 3:15 p.m. - 3:45 p.m. to the Ceremony and start again at 9:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. to the Grand Stay Hotel.

Although we love your children, we unfortunately cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted numbers. Although we are not able to invite your children, we hope that you will be able to use this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoor; however, dinner and the reception will be served indoors. In the event of rain, the ceremony will take place indoors.

We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are unable to bring any other alcoholic beverages on the premises. If you choose to drink, please do so responsibly and plan transportation accordingly. We will be providing a hybrid-hosted bar with beer, wine, and liquor.

It will be a hybrid bar! Signature drinks, wine, beer, and liquor will be on us until a certain dollar amount and then it switches to a cash bar!
