A NOTE ON GIFTS

If you were thinking of giving a gift to help us on our way, a donation to our honeymoon fund would really make our day.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Due to our smaller venue, the event is going to be adults only unless specified on your invitation, so we can all relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

CAN I BRING A GUEST/DATE?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise we would love to keep this wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family. Thank you for your understanding.

WHAT IF I DON’T RSVP?

If the Bride and Groom DO NOT receive an RSVP by July 1st, your invite will be seen as a decline and there will be no accommodations for you.

IS PARKING PROVIDED?

Our parking space is limited at our venue and we ask that guests try to arrange to carpool if at all possible.

WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?

All events of the day will be held at: 241 Collins Eisnor Road, Barss Corner, NS

WHAT IS THE TIMELINE FOR THE DAY?

The ceremony will begin at 4pm. Guests are welcome to arrive anywhere from 3pm, but we do ask that guests arrive no later than 3:45pm to get settled. The reception will follow shortly after the ceremony ends.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

We ask for guests to dress in ‘dressy-casual’ attire. Meaning suits and fancy dresses are not required, but you can definitely wear those if you choose to! The wedding is taking place at our family cottage on grass so please be conscious of your shoe choices as well.

HOW DO I RSVP?

You can do it right here on the website, or you can send Michelle or Erik a personal message.

WILL THERE BE FOOD & DRINKS?

We will be serving a light lunch/dinner and there will be water, non-alcoholic sparkling juice, and white&rose wine to drink. If you have a specific beer, wine, mixed drink, etc. that you enjoy, please feel free to bring some for yourself!
