Hope Lake Lodge
We ask you please book your accommodations as soon as possible!
You will need to call the hotel to arrange your accommodations under our group code. This number will lead you to a recording, please follow the menu options to make your reservation. It is best to call during business hours.
Hope Lake Lodge offers a wide array of room styles that can accommodate anywhere from 2 - 10 guests. Below are some example room layouts.
Please call the lodge to discuss what room would be best suited for your needs. Book under the Smith-Hanlon Wedding to get our special group rate. Our group rate extends to four days before and four days after the wedding if you see fit to extend your stay and enjoy the amenities of Greek Peak Mountain Resort and the neighboring areas.
Additional options for accommodations
We have been informed our wedding weekend could be a busy one for Hope Lake Lodge and while we do hope all of our guests get their desired accommodations, we must prepare for it all! We can’t stress enough to please make your reservations as soon as possible but if you do run into a situation where the hotel is fully booked on our wedding weekend there are local accommodations you can consider.
WITH THAT SAID PLEASE NOTE
1. We have not arranged transportation to and from The Lookout for any hotels other than Hope Lake Lodge.
2. There is NO PARKING for wedding guests at The Lookout. You must park your car in the Hope Lake Lodge parking lot and take the shuttle to and from the Hope Lake Lodge lobby with all other wedding guests.
