If you have made it this far in Michelle's life, you already know Becca is Michelle's little sister. Their personalities are completely opposite, but they are inseparable. Michelle would be lost in the world without her little sister helping her making the most simple daily decisions (e.g., choosing a nail polish color, whether to buy the shirt she has been looking at for 25 minutes, etc.). You can find Becca in a heels dance class, FaceTiming her best friend, Brooke, gardening, or booking her next Air Bnb in the middle of nowhere. Michelle and Miranda do not remember when they met, but they ball park around 8th-9th grade. When they met, they knew they were soulmates. Michelle and Miranda have been long distance best friends for over 10 years now. They've kept in touch with letters, phone calls, and summertime visits. Miranda is Michelle's grounding voice and life cheerleader. Michelle would be lost without this incredible woman and is so excited Miranda is moving home so they can finally live in the same state! Miranda is married with three beautiful children, Rylan, Kaia, and brand new baby, Easton (Michelle's godson)! Mariel is Jarren's bright, beautiful, talented and kind little sister. Michelle met Mariel not too long after Michelle and Jarren started dating. When Michelle and Jarren started dating, Michelle spent a lot of time with Jarren's family and got to know Mariel quickly. Since Mariel only has a big brother, Michelle has loved building a strong friendship with her and is so excited to gain another little sister! Michelle and Mariel enjoy sharing their love for their dogs (Toby and Kovu), shopping, and, of course, BOBA. Mariel is a hardworking student pursuing a career in occupational therapy. When you see her on December 4th, ask her to show you her favorite pictures of Kovu and Toby :).

Jesslyn or "Jess" and Michelle have been best friends for over 10 years. They met through Becca and instantly became friends - probably because Jess made Michelle laugh really hard. Similar to Miranda, Michelle and Jess' relationship was mostly long distance until Michelle moved back to California for law school. Much of their relationship involved mischief, usually because Miranda had the *best* ideas for their nightly summertime outings. Michelle and Jess' friendship also involves a ton of music - from Country to Hip-Hop and everything in between. Even though they may butt-heads at times, they love each other and Michelle couldn't imagine her wedding day without Jess. She is a go-getter, but also the MOST chill person in the room. Jess recently adopted a sweet pup, Gus! When you see her on December 4th, ask her about Gus :).

Elyse and Michelle met during their time at Old Dominion University. Michelle *gracefully* convinced her to join Pi Beta Phi and took Elyse as her little sister. Mentoring Elyse as a big sister quickly led to an even closer relationship as best friends. They became close during college through their love for "having a good time" - we all know what that means in college terms, of course! Elyse has always been a safe space for Michelle and she could not imagine saying "I do" without Elyse standing by her side. Elyse recently moved back home from Hawaii. When you see her on December 4th, ask her what she loved about living in Hawaii :).

Michele and Michelle (lol) also met in college at Old Dominion University. Michele was Michelle's FIRST little sister in their sorority and they hit it off. They traveled together on Spring Break on a cruise, took a last minute turn around trip to New York City for an ODU basketball game, and all the other college sorority girl activities you can think of. They even graduated on the same day and held hands down the aisles after grabbing their diplomas :'). These two are so different but so similar in many ways and can't go too long without seeing each other. Michele is also another safe haven for Michelle and she could not get married without Michele by her side. Michele recently moved to Oklahoma with her husband, Lincoln, baby girl, Kelia, and doggies. When you see her on December 4th, ask her what her favorite non-alcoholic beverage is :).

Jarren's best man is none other than Lesley. These two started their friendship during their high school years, but crazy enough they didn't even go to the same high school. They were both involved in Life Teen at church and through the years created a friendship that's lasted till this day. They have a friendship that's always been present even if there were times when they didn't talk for weeks or even months; they started right back where they left off. Lesley's friendship has definitely played a huge role in the person that Jarren is today and there's no better person to be his best man on one of the most important days of his life. Also, this guy just knows everyone...there hasn't been one time where someone doesn't approach Lesley just to say hi lol. He just has one of those personalities that get's along with everyone. Lastly, make sure to give him some tequila at the wedding. :)

Lawrence and Jarren met way back in 2009. I guess it was fate that they met since he took Jarren into his Confirmation class. I guess you can say that Lawrence had one of the greatest influences on Jarren when it came to his faith and love for God. Since then the two have grown to be bestfriends and went on multiple trips together throughout the years. If you ever need some life advice, this guy is the person to ask! Make sure to give him a shot...but not too many when you see him at the wedding. :)

Ryan’s and Jarren’s friendship dates back to 2005, both incoming freshmen at their high school. They met each other when trying out for their school’s basketball team. They built a friendship that has lasted the last 16 years and counting. When they were still in high school, they talked about being in each other’s wedding and fast forward to 2021 here they are. Sadly, they don’t always hangout because of adult life, but they’ve always had a close bond and remained best friends.

Lionel…he’s like the younger brother Jarren didn’t ask for but got anyways! 😊 All jokes aside, they met each other back in 2013 on a dance team. Their dance team had something called “Bigs & Littles”, where older members of the team adopted a new member. Well Jarren got to the first team meeting late and so he wasn’t able to choose his little and so he was given 2 people and one of them was Lionel. He was 17 at the time, and 8 years later he’s truly become one of Jarren's best friends as they’ve shared countless memories together, be it on and off the dance floor.

Tyler and Jarren have been friends for a few years now. They actually met sometime in 2015-2016 when he attended a dance team banquet with Becca (Maid of Honor). Tyler’s a super relaxed and easy-going person who’s down to just have a good time in a simple setting. He’s also got that eye for detail, which probably plays a huge role in why he’s a really good photographer. Also check out his vintage clothing store nokkustudios. Justin and Jarren met each other about 3 years ago. Justin is actually the boyfriend of Jarren's sister, Mariel. He's likely one of the friendliest, respectable and most down to earth people you can meet. He's super into tech and even does his own streaming on Twitch! What Justin enjoys the most though is probably giving the family dog's (Kovu and Toby) pets :) If you ask him nicely, he may even build a custom PC for you (*hint hint*).
