We wish we were able to extend our invitation to children and furry family members. However, after careful consideration we decided the wedding will not be a safe environment for little ones. Our farm has many rescue animals that are nervous of new people and/or acts out aggressively. One of our newest family members, Bubba Gump, was a rescue from the SPCA. He has been making incredible progress to be accepting of newcomers to the property but still requires a substantial amount of time to be comfortable around people. If very nervous or feeling threatened he will act out aggressively. The wedding will already be a bit overwhelming for all our animals and in order to keep everyone safe and not revert the progress we have been making, we feel it best if children and pets celebrate with us at a quieter time. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate our day with you. If you need any assistance lining up child care or a pet sitter we have many suggestions for you.
