Our dress code is semi-formal! Please please no jeans. Come lookin nice and ready to dance!
WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?
September in Utah is beautiful! We can expect low 70s/high 60s when the sun is out, but it may get cooler come nightfall! You won't need a winter coat, but an extra layer for the end of the night might be nice!
HOW DO I GET TO THE VENUE?
Moonbeam Lodge is located at the first Solitude Entrance, if you're driving up just for the day! If you're staying with us in the Village, Moonbeam can be accessed one of three ways: by shuttle down a back road, by foot down a walking trail, or by ski lift!
WHERE DO WE PARK? IS IT FREE?
If you're driving up just for the event, you can park in the Moonbeam Lodge parking lot, which is the first entrance into Solitude! Parking for the event is free!
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE CEREMONY?
Seating will open at 3:30 PM!
We will be starting promptly at 4:00 PM!
WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER THE CEREMONY?
After the ceremony, guests are welcome to visit the bar and the rooftop balcony at Moonbeam for cocktail hour! You can get to Moonbeam from the ceremony site one of three ways - along a walking path (about 10 minutes), ride in the Solitude shuttle, or take a ski lift! Passes will be provided if you wish to take the lift, and signs will be there day-of to guide you to your selection.
CAN I BRING MY KIDS?
While we love your kiddos, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We hope you can take a date night to join us in fun and dancing!
ARE THERE ANY OTHER WEDDING EVENTS?
Yes, there's a mix n mingle the night before and a farewell brunch the morning after! Details are on the Events page of this website.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?
You will be missed! We understand that some of you may not be able to attend so please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to make it.
DO I NEED TO SELECT MY MEAL?
Nope! We're having a buffet! There will be something for everyone! That being said, if you have any food allergies, please reach out to Max and Michelle so we can make sure you can dine safely!
WHAT TIMES ARE THE LIFTS AND SHUTTLES RUNNING?
The Link Ski Lift and Shuttles will begin service from Moonbeam Parking Lot to the Pond Ceremony Site starting at 3:00 PM. The Link Lift and Shuttles will also transport guests back from the Ceremony Site to Moonbeam Lodge after the ceremony for cocktail hour and the reception. Finally, Shuttles will transport guests back to the village after the reception is over.
