AIRPORT: Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International (PVR)
PVR is located approximately 20 minutes from The Hard Rock Vallarta and offers direct flights out of Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
AIRPORT TRANSFER
Transport from the airport to the hotel will need to be secured by each party based on flight arrival/departure time but we would encourage all to socialize arrival times to see if larger transports can be booked together.
Based on reviews we have booked through Quality Transfers PV but would also recommend Puerto Vallarta Transportation | DMC and Concierge services (vallartatransportationservices.com)

Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta
Our guest will be hosted by the Hard Rock Vallarta All-Inclusive Hotel & Resort. We have reserved a mixed block of Ocean View King and Double-Queen suites on a first come first serve basis. Our room block is now full but please reach out if you need accommodations and we can work with our event coordinator directly.
All guests are "out-of-towners" and we would love to see you make a vacation out of our wedding adventure! In the spirit of fun, we have secured the same room rate for the 3 days before and/or after our stated room block dates to allow for longer stays. Additional days on the front or back end can be added after your original reservation is secured (see FAQ for how).
THE FINE PRINT:
1) The link will charge the total full amount of stay in single or double occupancy.
2) Guests are required to bring physically the credit card used to book upon check in.
3) Room pricing based on occupancy to account for all-inclusive benefits. Maximum occupancy per room is 2 in a King Suite and 3 in a Double Queen Suite. Single occupancy rate $396/night. Double occupancy rate $446/night. Triple occupancy rate is $631/night (only available in Double Queen Suites).
4) Additional guests can be added when reserving through the link in the double beds category. No children under 17 can be added.
5) When guests book their rooms, a confirmation email will be sent to them . Guests can make changes in their reservation via this email till 30 days prior to their arrival.
6) The link will stop working 60 days prior to the group´s arrival (March 23rd 2024). Please consider booking early!
7) When having a guest booking more than 2 rooms with the same credit card, please let Nathan know via email at nmcman@gmail.com so he can share with our event coordinator. Please provide your guest(s) name, confirmation number and email so the Hard Rock will allow it in the link. Maximum allowed for guests security is 2 reservations with the same card.
