We have made hotel blocks in two locations both are about 15-20 minutes from the venue. If there are any issues with room accommodations please let us know so we can try to get as many discounted rooms as needed for our guests.

There will be a shuttle that we have arranged that will depart from the W HOTEL at 545 and return back after the reception is over at 12:30.

If you are staying at the Sheraton they provide a complimentary shuttle that runs back and forth (but you will have to arrange it with them for timing).

In a worse case scenario Uber rides are easy to access and the venue is only 15 minutes away from both hotels. We ask that you don't drive - we want to make sure everyone has a good time and stays safe.
