There are many things to do and some great places to eat in Pensacola, but here are some of our top recommendations!
Downtown Pensacola is rich in culture, great food, and fabulous shopping! Also of note, there are a few art galleries and a museum in the downtown area that are worth checking out.
This place is a must visit if you never have before in Pensacola. It's a local bar that has multiple bars within it. They have a piano bar located inside and that is one of our favorite spots within this venue. If you don't like crowds, I would visit it during the day because it's most alive at night.
You'll have to visit our beautiful white sandy beaches!
Another gem located in Pensacola, the Naval Museum, is worth going to see! As stated on their website, "The National Naval Aviation Museum is the world's largest Naval Aviation museum and one of the most-visited museums in the state of Florida. " The museum is nearly 350,000 square feet! It is a free tour, open daily from 9am to 5pm. If you decide to visit this attraction, be sure to bring your I.D. with you as it is located on a military base. Refer to their website for more information.
For those people who like spooky season, they start doing ghost tours around this time of the year in downtown Pensacola.
People usually love the atmosphere that this restaurant has, and they have some great food as well!
A little local hole in the wall restaurant in downtown Pensacola. A great place to try!
One of the best local pizza places. It's located right downtown so if you need a late-night snack, they are your go to place!
One of Mick and I's favorite local spots. It's near to downtown, right on the bay so you can sit where you can see the water.
A great restaurant to eat at on the beach! They have the "best backyard view on the beach"! Clara is slightly bias since she works here, but they do have some great dishes!
Another great restaurant out on the beach with a great view! They have a huge menu with lots of different options!
One of our favorite brunch places for Sunday from 11am-2pm!
Another favorite breakfast restaurant, it is more of a traditional breakfast place.
