WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

Please RSVP by June 20th

Who is Kathryn Rataczak?

She is our OUTSTANDING wedding planner. Her name is written as the return address and recipient of your RSVPs to keep everything organized and ready for the big day! (p.s. if you see her at the wedding ~ tell her how amazing she is ~ because she truly brought our vision to life)

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

WHAT TYPE OF FOOD WILL BE SERVED?

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a three course sit-down dinner with a choice of entree: 1. Ricotta and Spinach-Stuffed Chicken served with haricot verts, tomato-basil jus and mashed potatoes. 2. Miso-Glased Black Cod served with baby bok choy, carrots, shitake mushroom, and tamarind sauce 3. Vegetarian option: Wild Mushroom Ravioli (this was UNREAL ~ Mika's favorite) served with a walnut parsley pesto, micro arugula, and sauternes sauce. These are denoted on your RSVP cards to chose from. **There will also be a late night surprise for those who choose to celebrate into the later evening!

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

There will be vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free etc. options available. If you have any other accommodations that we should know about, please note that on your RSVP card.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up for our big day. Dress code is black tie optional. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie. We can't wait to see all you beautiful and handsome people!

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM THE VENUE?

We would encourage you to Uber/Lyft etc. (if you are planning on drinking) or you can drive yourself as The Grand has a valet service.

WILL THE WEDDING TAKE PLACE OUTSIDE/INSIDE?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. The reception will be indoors.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (ie. please turn your phones on do not disturb). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired photographers to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as MANY photos and videos as you want and physically are capable of!

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?

You will be missed! If you cannot attend the wedding please indicate your regrets on the RSVP card so we can plan accordingly.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I GET TO THE VENUE?

We kindly ask that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony.

ARE KIDS INVITED?

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
