Our ceremony will be OUTSIDE! The Villa has finished their outdoor open-air chapel and we are so excited to use it! It is supposed to be a little cool that day, so be sure to bring a jacket! The reception will be inside!

We ask that everyone dress in semi-formal/dressier casual attire! We want everyone to be comfy, but also looking their best!

The Villa is just ten miles west of Tuscaloosa and right off the highway in Fosters! It is snuggled into the trees and the most peaceful place! Not to mention, it has the sweetest owner!

All invites will include an RSVP card with a QR code to our website to RSVP! If able, we would love everyone to RSVP this way! If needed, you can mail your RSVP back to us.

RSVPing must be done by January 24, 2025!

To keep our numbers reasonable for setup and food, we politely ask that only who the invite is addressed to attends the wedding if able!

As much as we both love kids, we are giving the parents a night out! Unless your child is formally in the wedding, we ask that only the adults attend.

To be able to have enough food and seating, if you are attending, you must RSVP. If we do not receive an RSVP from you, we will assume you are not attending and not count you or your family.

The venue is very accessible! There is a wrap around drop off area at the front of the building. The parking lot is located in the gravel area behind the building. It is also wheelchair and walker accessible!

We ask that everyone arrives at least 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony to mingle and find a seat!

We have an excellent photographer for our ceremony and reception. We ask that our ceremony be unplugged and that you just enjoy it! We will have fabulous photos to share of the event later!

We will have Southern Ale House (a local Tuscaloosa favorite) catered! It will be buffet style!

The drinks are on us! Well, beer, wine, and seltzer will be! Along with sweet tea, unsweet tea, lemonade, and water!
