Mikaela is so lucky to have Kristen as her older sister! The two of them have always had a close relationship and continue to become closer as they grow up. They love going for walks, playing sports, watching reality TV, baking, and most recently... wedding planning! Mikaela had the privilege of being Kristen's Maid of Honour last summer and is thrilled to now be switching roles.

Sam's been stuck with Matt since the beginning, whether he likes it or not! The best times they have together are playing/working at a golf course, watching sports, and of course listening to Nickelback! If you're really lucky, you might catch a glimpse of Sam's infamous back tattoo on Sept 28th!

Mikaela could not have survived her time at Mount Royal University without her best friends Jordan and Melissa. The 3 of them are inseparable and love to spend time golfing, playing games, traveling, and sipping espresso martinis. Mikaela had the privilege of being a bridesmaid in Jordan's wedding last summer! Jordan will get to walk down the aisle with her husband Adam, who is also a member of the wedding party- how special is that!

Melissa grew up in Canmore with Matt, what a small world! Melissa and Matt's friendship helped spark Mikaela and Matt's relationship. Shout out Melissa! Melissa and Mikaela share a love (most of the time) for teaching early elementary and love to recap their crazy days at school! Melissa will walk down the aisle with her boyfriend Ross, who is also a member of the wedding party. Yay for lifelong friends!

Leah and Mikaela go waaaay back. They first met in preschool with Leah's mom as their teacher! Ever since, the two of them have made millions of hilarious memories experiencing life together through elementary, middle, and high school. Mikaela is truly grateful to have shared so many milestones with Leah and can't wait to continue sharing life's biggest moments alongside Leah.

Georgia and Mikaela became instant friends in high school. They've spent countless hours working out together at their favourite spin and yoga studio. Mikaela and Georgia can chat for hours on end but also enjoy chilling in complete silence and simply being in each other's company. Luke and Matt first met in an outdoor leadership class at Mount Royal University. What better way to forge a friendship than by sharing a tent in the backcountry on day one? They graduated together with degrees in Health & Phys Ed, majoring in Sport Management. Some of Matt and Lukes fondest memories are house boating, golfing, and working together in Kananaskis!

Andrew and Matt also met in university and graduated side by side. Throughout their time at MRU, they become “experts” at financial statements, planning a dodgeball tournament, knot tying, and starting a campfire (yes…these were all requirements to graduate). They love playing intramural basketball, golfing, beach volleyball, and watching the Flames.

Adam and Matt met in residence in their first year at MRU. Aside from becoming a dentist and getting married…Adams proudest accomplishment is being a top 1% consumer of Michelob Ultra! The best times Matt and Adam have spent together are camping, golf trips, and travelling.

Ross and Matt met through Melissa and have become great friends since. Most of their time spent together has been on a golf course, but when they aren’t golfing they enjoy stampeding, watching hockey, and posting up for garage beers. They even had the privilege of MCing Adam and Jordan’s wedding last summer!
