Please bring a tasty dinner dish to share! Reception will follow the ceremony (and wedding photos). Extra cooler space, camp stoves, and electrical outlets available (crock pots encouraged!). No ovens or fridges available at the venue. Plates, cups, and cutlery will be provided. We will have water available as well as a collection of cider, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic beverages. Feel free to bring drinks to contribute! (Especially if you’re visiting from out of state). Please connect with the Bride or Groom with any questions, including strategizing around keeping food warm. Please let us know if we can help keep your food the right temperature until the reception. We will provide donuts from Doe Donuts (GF option available) for dessert!

Yes! We have this venue from Friday June 21st to Sunday June 23rd. Greg and Mikaela will be camping the whole weekend and encourage friends who would like sleep under the stars to join them for one or both nights. There is a large lawn available for trailers and tents, no trailer hook ups. This property runs along the Yamhill river and includes one fire pit, porta potties, covered reception area and dance floor.

Yes! Greg and Mikaela love spending time on the dance floor. There will be a VIP line up of professional DJ’s playing funky, jazzy, groovy beats to shimmy and shake to. Join us for a Silent Disco dance party after dark!

This outdoor venue runs along side the Yamhill river. There are covered areas with cement flooring and open grassy fields. The final stretch of road leading to the venue is gravel, as is the parking lot. There will be porta potties and handwashing stations available.
