Drive from Bismarck to Fargo - Frontier offers a flight from Fargo to Portland, with 1 stop in Denver.

Sun Country Airlines also offers a Flight from Fargo to Portland, 1 stop in Minneapolis.

Both of these options are super affordable, compared to flying directly out of Bismarck.

Drive/Fly from Bismarck to Sioux Falls, SD - Frontier offers a connecting flight from Sioux Falls to Portland. They also have Delta, United, and American Airlines.

Drive/Fly from Bismarck to Denver CO - Frontier offers direct flights from Denver to Portland; typically SUPER cheap
