Friends and family,
June 1st is quickly approaching, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you all. Please read the message below to answer any questions you may have about the day.
Ceremony:
- The ceremony starts at 1:30pm. Please arrive to the camp early to allow time to walk to the chapel and find a seat.
- Parking attendants will be on site to assist in giving you directions to where to park and how to find the chapel.
- The front two rows of the chapel are reserved for immediate family. If you are not immediate family, feel free to sit anywhere you like on either side.
After the Ceremony:
- The camp grounds are open for your enjoyment following the ceremony. You are welcome to use any of the games and activities around the camp following the ceremony. As there will be no lifeguards on duty, swimming will not be available.
Reception:
- When the bell sounds at 4pm, please make your way to the dining hall for dinner.
- There is no seating plan, so everyone is encouraged to find their own seat and get to know someone new. The 2 tables directly in front of the head table will be reserved for immediate family members.
- The camp premises are alcohol free. In respecting this, please do not bring any alcoholic beverages of your own onto the camp grounds.
- Parents are responsible for bringing entertainment for their children during the reception. There will be some colouring pages and crayons available.
- There will be a guestbook in the reception hall. Please take a picture of yourselves and add it along with comments into the book.
- We do not have a wedding registry but have instead asked for cash or gift cards. Please refer to the registry section of this website for more information.
After the Reception
- The reception ends at 8pm. If you have responded to the RSVP indicating that you are available to assist with cleanup, there will be takedown tasks required to get the hall reorganized and ready for the next day.
We look forward to seeing you soon,
Mikayla & Spencer
