Are children invited?
We love your little ones just as much as we love you, but we are keeping our day small! Our wedding will be adults only, with only immediate family member’s children present.
Can I bring a plus one?
Your invitation will be addressed to who is invited to our wedding. If you are given a plus one, it will be specified on your invitation and on our RSVP page when you enter your name. We wish we could have everyone there but we are keeping this a more intimate event!
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. Please try to arrive no later than 3:45pm. If you arrive late, do not walk up the aisle, please walk on the outer sides of the aisle.
Parking & Transportation
The venue is located 20 minutes from the designated hotels. Parking at the venue is free! The lot is partially grass, please keep this in mind when planning your attire! There is also a round-about where you may be dropped off to avoid the short walk across from the lot.
The venue allows cars to stay parked overnight and be picked up by 10am the next morning.
Shuttles to and from the venue will be available to guests. Shuttles will begin pick up at The Hyatt Place hotel at 2:15pm and run until 3:30pm. Shuttles will begin to take guests from the venue back to The Hyatt hotel starting at 9:15pm until the end of the night.
Are the ceremony & reception at the same location?
Yes! The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather pending) at Shady Elms Farm followed by cocktail hour on the farm grounds. The reception will begin in the barn at 5:45pm with dinner served shortly after.
