We ask that guests arrive no later than 20 minutes before the ceremony start time, so we can ensure a smooth schedule throughout the evening.

Yes, there is more than enough free parking available on site for all guests. The venue also allows guests to park overnight in the event that they are impaired.

We asks that all guests aim for cocktail attire. For men, this typically means a suit or blazer with a dress shirt, dress pants, and an optional tie. For women, the classic choice is a knee-length or midi dress, (longer styles would not be out of place either), with heels or flats.

If weather permits, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, and the reception will be indoors. (Inclement weather would mean an entirely indoor event). Early October in Bellingham usually brings weather in the low 60's, and cooler in the evening, so a shawl or cardigan may be useful!

This is an intimate event with under 50 guests, so all guests will be personally addressed on the invitation. If one or multiple of the addressed guests are unable to attend, please kindly reach out to the bride or groom before bringing a guest who is not explicitly addressed on your invitation.

Coachmen's Lodge will be serving a charcuterie platter and passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, as well as a plated meal at the reception that includes a bread and salad course. Plated meal options will include stuffed chicken breast, sirloin steak tips, baked haddock, or vegetable ravioli. When you receive your formal invitation, you will have the opportunity to choose your preferred meal, as well as make us aware of any food allergies or dietary restrictions within your party.

There will also be a cash bar available during cocktail hour and the reception.
