Please arrive no later than 4:00 pm. We will not be letting people into the ceremony room if you arrive late. Please ensure you arrive on time. We cannot allow people to enter late to avoid interruptions.

Absolutely, children are welcome to join us for the celebration. We simply ask that parents keep an eye on their little ones. Let's make it a fantastic day for everyone!

We can only accommodate guests formally invited on the wedding invitation.

Ample parking is available at the Hotel parking garage, located at 50 E Plaza St, Reno, NV 89501. Self-parking is complimentary and valet service is offered at a cost of $20.

Yes! We will have a hosted Beer & Wine Bar. Beers include: Modelo Especial, Coors Light, Firestone 805, Blue Moon, Great Basin Icky, White Claw Hard Seltzer. Wine options: Silver Gate Cabernet Sauvignon, Silver Gate Pinot Noir, Silver Gate Sauvignon Blanc, Silver Gate Chardonnay, Silver Gate Sparkling Wine. Unlimited bottled water, juices, and soft drinks will also be available.
