What is the dress code?
Spring Semi Formal: dressy but relaxed—think cocktail attire with light, fresh spring vibes.
For women, this could mean cocktail dresses, flowy midi dresses, in light or pastel colors. Fabrics like chiffon, silk, or linen are perfect for the season. Dressy flats, wedges, or heels work well. We do not recommend stiletto heels due to it being outdoor.
For men, a suit or dress slacks with a blazer and tie is appropriate—lighter colors like navy, gray, or tan are great for spring.
Please, no jeans/denim/shorts/t-shirts/flip-flops/white attire.
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Guests may begin arriving at 3:30 PM and are invited to enjoy a glass of champagne or cider. The ceremony will start promptly at 4 PM, so please be in your seats on time!
Will the event be indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding is all outdoors! The ceremony will be nestled in the woods, dinner will be under a charming ramada, and dancing will take place on a deck under the open sky. Daytime highs are typically in the 70s, but evenings can dip into the 40s—so bring a light jacket or sweater to stay cozy!
When is the RSVP Deadline?
RSVP by April 24th, 2026! If we don’t hear from you, we’ll sadly have to assume you can’t make it and sending love from afar.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes! There will be plenty of parking at the venue, and you’re welcome to leave your car overnight but you must pick them up by 11 AM the next day. Ubers and Lyfts can also make it out to the venue, and we recommend using them if you prefer not to drive or wish to drink the night away!
Can I bring a date or plus-one?
With limited space, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If a plus-one is included, it will show with your name on the invitation. Thanks for understanding!
Are children welcome?
We adore your little ones, but space is limited, so only specific children are invited. If your child is included, you’ll see their name—or ‘and Family’—on your formal invitation. We appreciate you planning ahead so you can be part of our special day!
Will there be a bar?
Of course! We’ll have an open bar with beer, wine, and specialty cocktails. Non-alcoholic drinks are available too. No need to bring your own, we’ve got all the sips covered.
WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED TO AND FROM THE VENUE?
Guests will need to get themselves to and from. However, we have confirmed that Lyft and Uber can easily pick up from the venue. Also, there is plenty of parking available too, and you’re welcome to leave your car until 11 AM the next morning. So you can dance, drink, and celebrate worry-free!
Are there additional festivities around the wedding?
Yes! The venue might kick us out by 10 PM, but the fun continues downtown Flagstaff, just a 15-minutes away. And because goodbyes are tough, we will also be hosting goodbye BBQ on Monday before everyone heads home!
