We will be starting the ceremony at 3pm, so guests should arrive between 2:15-2:45pm to give plenty of time for mix and mingle and a drink.

Everyone needs to leave the venue at 12am Midnight.

The ceremony will be outdoors if the weather is nice and the reception will be indoors. There will be an indoors option for the ceremony if the weather is wet.

Semi formal dress code is great. It potentially will be a hot sunny day so dress accordingly! The bridesmaids will be wearing Forest Green and Groomsmen will be in black. Please don't wear white!

If you wish to drive to the venue, there is plenty of parking available. You can leave your car at the venue overnight if need be, but must be picked up between 8am-10am the next day, however we do encourage either taking a taxi/Uber or having a sober driver.

We have sent out invitations early so people can book their accomodation in Tauranga as we understand it can be very busy in early January in the Bay of Plenty. There are plenty of motels/hotels around Tauranga and a few in the Welcome Bay Area which is close to the venue.

Your presence at the wedding is all we ask for! If you feel compelled to give a gift then book that 5 star hotel for yourself! We want you to have a great time :)

We kindly ask that you have your phones on silent and away during the ceremony so we can be present and enjoy the moment! We also request that you please do not post photos of the Bride and Groom on social media until we post first.

Please RSVP by October 31st to allow us time to finalise numbers for meals and seating.

The Eagle Ridge bar will be supplying alcohol. Beer, wine, RTD's and non alcoholic drinks will be on us. Everything else (spirits, cocktails, shots, etc) will be available by cash bar.

We highly suggest having lunch before arriving at the venue. There will be canapés after the ceremony for you all to enjoy, plus a selected menu for dinner prepared by the Eagle Ridge caterers.
