Are kids invited?
Yes, we offer a kids menu for anyone under 12. However, feel free to leave the rug rats at home and enjoy a weekend in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?
Both ceremony and reception are taking place at Chateau des Charmes.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony starts at 5:15 PM. Please arrive 15 minutes earlier. Feel free to explore the grounds, doors open at 5 PM.
Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Will you offer a shuttle?
Yes, for guests staying at our preferred hotel, 'Holiday Inn & Suites' in St. Catherines, we offer a free shuttle service from the hotel to the venue and return trip at the end of the evening.
Can I leave my vehicle at the venue overnight?
Yes, feel free to pick it up the next morning.
Can my accommodations be claimed under the Ontario Staycation Tax Credit?
Yes! Ontario residents can claim 20% of their eligible 2022 accommodation expenses including a stay at a hotel when filing their Tax Return for 2022. You can claim eligible expenses of up to $1,000 as an individual or $2,000 if you have a spouse, common-law partner or eligible children, to get back up to $200 as an individual or $400 as a family.
