🌞 What’s the weather like in April?
The weather in Mexico in April is beautiful — hot, sunny, and tropical!
Expect daytime highs around 30°C (mid-80s°F) and warm evenings. We recommend bringing:
• Light, breathable clothing
• Swimsuits and beachwear
• Sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses
• A light sweater or wrap for breezy evenings

💌 How do I complete my booking and make my deposit?
After completing the online reservation form, you’ll receive an email from our wedding coordinator, Tina at Paradise Weddings & Travel. This email will include a secure payment link to submit your deposit and officially hold your room.
If you don’t receive the email within 24 hours of completing the form, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still not there, reach out to Amy or Mike, and we’ll be happy to help.
Your spot is secured once your deposit is paid by the Oct. 30th deadline.
We can’t wait to celebrate with you, but spaces are limited, so don’t wait too long!

🚐 Is airport transportation included?
Yes! Round-trip airport transfers are included with your stay.
Just make sure to reserve your transfer at least 30 days before travel so it’s guaranteed when you arrive.

🛺 How big is the resort?
The resort spans three beautiful El Dorado properties, connected by scenic walkways and shuttles.
For anyone who prefers not to walk long distances, golf cart transport is available anytime — just call or ask a staff member.

So much! You’ll find endless fun, relaxation, food, beverages, and entertainment—all included with your stay.
From snorkeling and yoga to cooking classes, pool parties, live shows, and more, there’s something for everyone.

💍 What should I wear to the wedding?
Our ceremony will be held outdoors, so think light, tropical, and comfortable!
• For ladies: flowy dresses, sandals or wedges
• For gentlemen: linen shirts, dress shorts or lightweight pants

✈️ What about travel insurance?
Travel insurance is optional but highly recommended for all guests.
For U.S.A. Guests:
Tina can offer travel insurance options through her company, or you may purchase your own coverage.
If you would like to receive a quote from Tina, please select “YES” to the insurance question on the booking form.
For Canadian Guests:
Tina’s company is unable to provide travel insurance to Canadian travelers.
Please select “NO” to the insurance question on the booking form and purchase travel insurance separately (for example, through your financial institution, credit card provider, Blue Cross, or another trusted provider).
