Q + A

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Yes! We encourage our friends and family to bring their children if desired, as we will have lifeguards on duty at the pool to supervise any swimming activities while the adults attend the reception in the attached main lodge.

How do I reserve a room at Jackson Hot Springs?

If you are interested in staying at Jackson Hot Springs, please let the bride or groom know. In light of the limited cabins available to rent, we have taken it upon ourselves to reserve them all and will coordinate occupancy as best as possible. Preference will be given to family, the wedding party, and those traveling from out of state who may not have easy access to transportation. We also encourage those with campers or the availability to bring materials to set up camp somewhere on the property to do so, as there is ample room to park and camp anywhere near the venue. We will also likely be renting a few large RVs to hook up, if space allows, to provide to larger groups or families if needed.

Is there a registry?

Seeing how we are fast approaching old age and have already spent years together sculpting our home, we have decided to forego a registry. We simply cannot think of anything we may need that we haven't already obtained or could not do so ourselves. Therefore, we encourage our guests to donate instead to our honeymoon and hottub fund, which are not mutually exclusive, to help us with our future travel plans as we continue to celebrate our lifelong union!

Will there be a vegetarian/vegan option at the reception?

Yes, we will be sure to include vegetarian/vegan options as part of the buffet.

What are your wedding colors?

Who knows, that is a Hayley question. Some combination of teal, coral, and champagne I’m told. I will be lucky if the groomsmen wear pants.
