The wedding and reception will both be held at Fig Hollow in Palmyra, NY.

The ceremony will be taking place outdoors. Please dress accordingly and make sure to check weather conditions leading up to the event! In the event of rain, the ceremony will take place inside. The reception will be taking place inside no matter the condition. Additionally, please note that the venue has grass and gravel terrain.

There is a mowed grass area in front of the venue. There will be a parking attendant present to help if need be. NO VEHICLES OVERNIGHT PLEASE.

To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests will appear with the options “attending” or “declining”. Please RSVP before April 1st. If you do not RSVP by this date, you will be marked as “declining”.

The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please! However, please allow family to have the first couple of aisles. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging the tables so our guests are sat with who they know and their date.

Please arrive at the venue no earlier than 1:30PM. We please ask you arrive no later than 2:15PM. If you arrive later than 2:15PM, you will not be allowed in until cocktail hour.

Due to limited space, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. All invited members of your party will be listed on the RSVP form. We look forward to celebrating with our closest friends and family!

As much as we love your little ones, we do have limited space, with the exception of children in the wedding party. We please ask that you use this as an opportunity for a fun “night out”!

We ask that all guests wear semi-formal or cocktail attire. Pastel colors are highly encouraged, but not mandatory. Ladies, please refrain from wearing any white, ivory, or champagne color tones. No jeans please!

We are planning on having a “unplugged” ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer who will capture those special moments for us. This means we are asking everyone to please turn off/silence your cellphones during the ceremony.

We will be having Black Hart BBQ serve from their food truck! There will be an option for pulled pork or pulled chicken when you RSVP.

Yes, we will be having a tap truck from Raymour Cellars serving their handcrafted beer, hard cider, & wine. We will also have a special beer from our friends from Runaway Blue! Please note the venue DOES NOT allow cars parked overnight so plan accordingly. This will be reflected on Mike and Emma if any vehicles are left overnight. We will have a shuttle service for those who choose to stay at the hotel.
