We’ve handpicked you for this important role, and unlike other guests, we need you with us right from the start. The morning photo and video shoot will begin promptly so please arrive on time.

This photoshoot will capture our morning preparations, the exchange of messages and gifts, and creative shots of the entire entourage — all of which will be featured in our Same Day Edit video and photos.

Rest assured, breakfast and lunch will be provided, and we’ve arranged a van to transport everyone to the church.

Entourage Call Time: 8:00 AM at the Wedding Preparation Venue

Please note that primary sponsors, and child bearers are not required for the wedding preparation photoshoot. We look forward to seeing you directly at the church ceremony and the reception!

Ladies: Pink robe (to be provided by bride) + sandals with white top, white polo and maong shorts underneath

Gentlemen: Gray shirt (to be coordinated by the groom) + black shorts + slippers
