Ella and Miles first met in the Fall of 2022 through mutual friends at college. It wasn’t until the end of spring semester in 2023 they hung out for the first time and went on their “unofficial first date,” which was a trip to the grocery store. After keeping in touch throughout the summer, Ella and Miles came back to school and started spending more time together.&nbsp;They had many study dates and nature walks together which marked the beginning of a beautiful relationship. Despite Ella’s reserved nature, Miles’ curiosity and persistence in getting to know her gradually drew her out of her shell. Their mutual love for surfing, food, movies, and Jesus made spending time together easy and fun. Miles asked Ella to be his girlfriend on November 2nd, 2023 on a date night in Bridgeport, Santa Clarita. Since then, their relationship has been filled with many beach days, coffee dates, and spending time with family and friends. If you were to ask Miles his favorite things about Ella he would say he loves her joyful goofiness and beautiful smile. He would also say she has the kindest heart in the world. He admires her devotedness to her friends and those she loves, as well as her amazing work ethic. If you were to ask Ella her favorite things about Miles she would say his diligence and thoughtfulness. Ella was attracted to Miles’ quiet self confidence, his unwavering love for Christ and his calm, easy-going nature. She loves the way Miles sees her and loves her for exactly who she is.&nbsp; Miles proposed to Ella on their one year anniversary on the beach of Leo Carrillo in Malibu and Ella (completely surprised) said yes! Their relationship has continued to grow and together they look forward to building their life together.
