We recommend flying to either Rome's Fiumicino Aeroporto (FCO), Rome Ciampino (CIA), or Naples' Aeroporti di Napoli (NAP).

There are plenty of options for renting a car from the airport so you can easily move around while you're in Gaeta. There is parking at the hotel and you can find pay and display while visiting the town centre. If you fly into Rome, Gaeta is a 2-hour drive south. If you fly in from Naples, it is a 1.5 hour drive north.

There are trains from Rome's Fiumicino Aeroporto (FCO), Rome's Termini Stazione, and Napoli Centrale to Formia, the nearest station. When booking, your destination will be 'Formia-Gaeta'. Upon arrival in Formia, please arrange for a taxi pickup to take you to Villa Irlanda (8 minute drive).

If you prefer not to worry about a vehicle, taxis are available from the Rome and Naples airports. Once in Gaeta, taxi services will also be available. Please note, a taxi from each airport will vary between €80-120. We will cover transportation to/from the wedding ceremony.
