I’ll be honest, I didn’t want to write this because if you’re coming to our wedding, you will likely know our story, hopefully at least who we are! But as they say, “happy wife, happy life” …….at some point the husband needs equal billing with a quotable phrase, but I’ll cross that bridge in 2050 when it’s back on the negotiating table.

The main reason I didn’t want to write this is simply because trying to distill 5 of the most challenging, ridiculous, and incredible years of our lives to a few statements for a website no one will use in 2025 seemed foolish. So, I’ll leave you with this: through our time together, and especially during our time apart, we have been guided, supported, and encouraged by so many wonderful people. While it’s a big ask to fly around the world to be with us next year, it’d mean the world to us if you could join. For those of you who can make it be prepared for an amazing time with music, food, and plenty of memories to last years to come – we can’t wait to see you!

If you can’t, wherever you are, please don’t fret because we’re only able to celebrate at all thanks to people like you in our lives. We’ll happily make the trip as a married couple to come see you and thank you in person someday soon.
