Story began after Miranda's sister Danielle won basketball tickets to a syracuse game. We bickered back and forth about who would get them and finally settled on Amel receiving them(AND THEN NEVER GOING TO THE GAME.) At that time our relationship didn't bloom- it wasn't until a random Sunday on June 23rd, 2019, we both decided to go on a date. Our plan was to go to Destiny USA and grab dinner but since Amel loves to change plans on the limb we ended up in Sylvan Beach (on a hot June day). We were both hungry and didn't plan to be looking for parking for an hour and a half. From that moment and out we were both inseparable. We had lunch, and then went to grab ice cream after and walked around a quiet town outside of Sylvan Beach. After having lunch together that day, we began to see each other almost every day for the entire Summer. We began planning trips together and talking about life. Our first trip together was a mini getaway for Miranda's work trip to Long Island. After that we ventured to Canada, New York City, Denver, Florida (many times), Turkey, Nashville, South Carolina, and Punta Cana.

Florida was always my favorite place to visit, and it became more like home every time I visited with Amel. This is where he proposed at Sand Key Beach on April 21st, 2022. It was one of the most special moments of our life and Amel did it in the most beautiful way that I could have ever imagined. Hiring a photographer and doing this when the sunset on the beach in my favorite place. From there on out we couldn't wait to start planning our special day!!

We can't wait to celebrate with everyone and hope to see friends and family there.
