Although we would love to celebrate with everyone, due to limited venue capacity we are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated on your envelope. We appreciate your understanding!

Nope! For the ceremony sit wherever you please! for the reception we will have a seating chart available for guests.

Although we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event with the exception of children in our immediate family. Invitations will be specific! We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night! We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!

We want everyone to look there best along with us! Men - formal suits or tuxedos, Women - formal mid-full length dresses or an elegant suit. Typically black tie optional recommends darker tone colors. However, it's spring time!! Please don't hesitate to wear color! We recommend bringing sunglasses for the ceremony and remove any jackets if you are too warm!

We have our ceremony start time listed at 4pm, but we will actually be starting PROMPTLY at 4:30pm. We recommend you shoot for a 4:00pm arrival so you have time to mingle and find a seat. To minimize distractions during the ceremony we kindly ask that if you are arriving after 4:30pm , please wait and celebrate with us at the 5pm cocktail hour.

Our Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at Appleford Estate. Weather permitting the ceremony will be outdoors on the lawn in the gardens. Cocktail hour will be hosted outside on the patio and inside the historic home. The reception will be hosted under a covered terrace.

We encourage photos and videos during the cocktail hour/reception. However, we have full faith in our photographers to capture every moment during our ceremony and we kindly ask that you be present with us and do not take any photos or videos during the ceremony.

Yes! We have two hotel blocks that are listed in the travel portion of this website. Please call the hotel directly and book with "Fettes Wedding" or use the provided links to book online. Please note that all hotels must be booked prior to Friday May 10th 2024 to ensure our discounted rate!

We want you to relax safely and enjoy our big day. That is why we have arranged complimentary transportation to and from the wedding ceremony and reception. Shuttles will depart from both of our hotels blocked at 3:30 & 4:00 PM to our ceremony and then return every 30 minutes beginning at 9pm-12am following the reception.

There is free guest parking at the venue.
