Visit the city where it all started! Whether it’s grabbing burritos from Saucy Asian and hanging out at Dolores Park near where Miranda lived, or strolling down Haight and Ashbury by Steven’s old place, the city holds so many of our favorite memories. It’s just about a two-hour drive from Shingle Springs, making it a perfect weekend trip around our big day!

Miranda and Steven have taken many trips to Tahoe—snowboarding in the winter and spending summer days sipping rum runners on the lake at The Grove. South Lake Tahoe is just about a 1.5-hour drive from Shingle Springs, making it an easy and beautiful day trip!

Steven and Miranda went on one of their first real dates wine tasting in Napa with their good friends Steph and James. Over the years, they’ve also loved going back for BottleRock Music Festival and weekend getaways. Napa is about a 2–3 hour drive from Shingle Springs and makes for a perfect spot to visit while you’re here!
