You'll want to book online. https://www.sandals.com/negril/rooms-suites/
Our group code is: WG23164692
If you are planning to travel with children you'll need to stay at Beaches Negril. The group code will work there, too!
Sandals vs. Beaches... what's the difference?
Sandals is an adults only resort.
Beaches is kid friendly.
It is about a 30 minute walk via the beach, or you can get a taxi for $10/couple to travel between the two resorts. It is about a 5 minute drive. Adults can enjoy both resorts, but children will need to stay at Beaches.
Are my kids invited to the wedding?
Children are not permitted at Sandals and therefore not allowed at our wedding.
*There will be a limited number of children permitted at our ceremony. This number is set by the resort, and we will communicate with you if your children have been invited to attend the ceremony.
What if I can't travel to Jamaica?
We completely understand and know that you still love us 💙 Our plan is to have a celebration in Michigan in the spring of 2025 for those who couldn't join us in Jamaica (and those who could if they want to join, too)
I don't want to travel alone and don't have a +1...
So when you travel to Sandals it is a couples resort so the price is for 2 people. If you want to bring a friend that's cool with us... just let us know so we can adjust accordingly!
Is it true that I can't tip?
That's correct! Sandals employees will not accept nor expect tips. It truly is all inclusive.
If you visit the spa, or have a butler - those employees will accept tips at the end of your visit. A Facebook group suggests $20/day for your butler(s).
Is there anything specific I need to bring?
I would suggest a cup with a lid and straw. The resort has paper straws. Lots of sunscreen and bug spray! Water shoes for on the hot sand.
There is a little store to buy things from if you forget something, but of course the prices are marked up.
What's the dress code for the ceremony and reception?
We are all on a tropical vacation... we expect that you'll dress to be cute and comfortable on the beach! Shorts, sun dresses, and sandals are absolutely encouraged!
No bathing suits, please.
