PICK UP from the hotels to the venue - Days Inn @ 3:05PM, Cobblestone @ 3:15PM, AmericInn @ 3:25PM.
RETURN - 10:30PM and 12am from the venue back to the hotels.

The cutoff date to book a discounted room within the wedding block is May 7th, 2025. Also, to book in the block you will need to call the hotel directly and ask for the Wendland/Kaste wedding block. That is the only way to get the discounted rate. If you book online or through Expedia, etc. it will not apply.
