Yes, please wear formal attire (suits, cocktail dresses, gowns). No jeans please. Please wear comfortable shoes as some will be standing during the ceremony (30 minutes).

Please feel free to park in the free parking lot in front or on the surrounding streets. Handicap parking is available. If you need assistance getting into the building, please let us know and we can reserve a wheel chair.

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6 pm. We recommend arriving by 5:30 pm to give yourself time to park, walk into the building and find the garden.

Enter through the far left entrance called The Bayer Event Center. Walk through the entryway and you'll be directed to the Gladney Rose Garden.

As much as we love the little ones, this is an adult only celebration unless otherwise specified.

Our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, but our reception will be indoors. If it rains, we have a plan B and you will be directed to the new location. We will have limited seating where some will have to stand. Thank you for understanding in advance and please adjust footwear accordingly.

No, no smoking is permitted inside the event center or on any grounds at the garden. Please refrain from smoking once entering the ceremony and throughout the night.
