YES, we will be providing an open bar for our guests to enjoy! All that we ask is for guests to tip the bartender for their service. The tip jar will be located on the bar.

If you have specific mobility challenges please notify the bride and groom when you RSVP so we can factor this into planning as we want all guests to be able to enjoy our day. The ceremony will take place in a field and and after the ceremony guests will need to walk from the field to the reception tent.

No. We kindly ask that the children stay home as this is an adult only event.

There will be signs starting at either end of Bear Pond Rd. to direct you to the parking area.

In the event of inclement weather the ceremony and reception will take place in the reception tent.

Please arrive between 3:00-3:30pm to allow time for field parking and walking to the ceremony. The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm.

We will be having a BBQ buffet with pulled pork, pulled chicken, brisket, cornbread, smoked green beans, collard greens, mac n cheese! (There will be a limited supply of a vegetarian option as well!)
