Please see below for the shuttle service schedule. 

If you plan on taking the shuttle - the bus has a maximum occupancy of 40 passengers for each trip. If you miss one of these shuttle options you will be responsible for your own transportation.

Arriving to Ceremony:


3:20PM - Bus will be DEPARTING from Fairfield Inn & Suites parking lot. Please be outside before then to allow time to get on the bus. This will drop you off at the wedding venue around 3:45pm.


4:00 PM - Bus will be DEPARTING from Home2Suites Carmel parking lot. Please be outside before then to allow time to get on the bus. This will drop you off at the wedding venue around 4:20PM.



Arriving back to Hotel Blocks:


9:00PM - First shuttle option will be DEPARTING from White Willow Farms to drop guests off at both hotel block locations. 


10:00PM - Second shuttle option will be DEPARTING from White Willow Farms to drop guests off at both hotel block locations.


11:00PM - Final shuttle option will be DEPARTING from White Willow Farms to drop guests off at both hotel block locations AND Bar Louie for those who want to continue celebrating.
