Unfortunately our hotel block is full and our original hotel Hilton Garden Inn Exton/ West Chester is fully booked at this time. We were advised additional rooms may open up on 8/29/2023 but it is not guaranteed.

We are working on getting more rooms reserved at group rates, but apparently Pottstown, PA is very popular in September. We recommend everyone try to secure rooms on their own and not wait for us to get another group rate as it is seemingly less likely we will be able to do so. I recommend trying the locations below as they will be close to where we will be staying and providing bus transportation to. We are also trying to organize an after party which if goes as planned will be right around the corner from these hotels. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
